Don Pentz is a Nova Scotia painter of oils, watercolours and acrylics. He graduated with a BFA in 1966 from Mount Allison University and a MFA in 1979 from the University of Regina. He is an elected member of the Royal Canadian Academy of the Arts (R.C.A.) and the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour (C.S.P.W.C.). He is a founding member of Visual Arts Nova Scotia and has been inducted into its Honour Roll. Pentz is a founding member of the Peer Gallery in Lunenburg. He participates regularly in group and solo shows and his paintings have been exhibited across Canada and as far afield as the United States, England, France, Cuba and Japan.
