Lighthouse is all about imagination. A child, alone in their room, building their very own lighthouse. A fleeting glimpse into the storybook worlds that we all wished that we could have inhabited at some point in our lives. If we think too long on the weight of that furniture, the logistics of balancing a chest of drawers on a table, and the exertion involved, the scene begins to shift. An adult, piling up their furniture to build a lighthouse in their room evokes a vastly different range of emotions in us. Either way, it’s a door to another world.
