Poltergeist is one of a handful of pieces, that I’ve made over the years, that looks almost identical in realty as it did in my head, when I first imagined making it. It is nothing more than an idle imagining made real (admittedly to a much smaller scale). Many of my works are orphaned maquettes. There will never be a full size version built in 1:1 scale. Like seeds they are frozen ideas of what may have happened, forever in a nascent state, never reaching their full potential.
